What is GlowUp?
GlowUp is a free online photo editor that runs in your web browser. Drop in a JPG, PNG or WEBP photo, brighten it, warm it up, pick a filter and crop it to the shape you need. There is nothing to install, and your edited photo never carries a watermark.
It covers the everyday edits you would normally open an app for. Add text in six font styles, put emoji and stickers on top, or place your own logo. Give the picture a coloured border, an instant-print frame or rounded corners, then save it as a JPG, PNG or WEBP.
Your photo stays on your device. All the editing happens in your browser, so the picture is never uploaded to a server. You can try every tool without an account; saving the finished photo needs a free ToolClik account.

Light and colour sliders
Brightness, contrast, colour, warmth, fade, vignette, blur and sharpen. Hold the compare button to see the original at any time.
Photo filters
One tap for looks like Vivid, Warm, Mono and Vintage. Pro adds 8 more, such as Film, Noir and Golden hour, plus one-tap Auto-fix.
Crop, turn and flip
Crop freely or to 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16 or 3:2 for Instagram posts, stories and YouTube. Turn the photo or mirror it.
Text, emoji and stickers
Add captions with an outline or background, drop on emoji and ready-made stickers, or add your own logo. Drag, resize and turn each one.
Frames and borders
Add a coloured border, a deep instant-print bottom edge for a caption, or rounded corners. Rounded corners stay see-through in PNG and WEBP.
Undo, redo, no watermark
Step back and forward through every change. The photo you save is clean, with no logo stamped on it.

Is this photo editor really free?
Yes. All the editing tools and the free filters cost nothing, and there is never a watermark. Free downloads are up to 2048 px on the long side and need a free ToolClik account. Pro, at $1.29 a month, saves at full resolution (up to 8192 px) and adds 8 Pro filters, Auto-fix and the Pro sticker set.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. GlowUp edits your photo inside your browser on your own device. The picture is never sent to ToolClik or stored anywhere.
What file types can I edit and save?
You can open JPG, PNG and WEBP photos up to 50 MB on Free (2 GB on Pro). Save your edit as JPG, PNG or WEBP. Safari can't make WEBP files, so there it offers JPG and PNG.
Can I add text and stickers to a photo?
Yes. Open “Text & stickers” to add text in six font styles, emoji, ready-made stickers or a picture of your own, such as a logo. Drag each one into place, then resize, turn or fade it.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Use the undo and redo buttons or Ctrl+Z, and press Reset all to go back to the original photo.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. GlowUp works in phone browsers such as Chrome and Safari. You can drag text, stickers and the crop frame with your finger.
