Yes. You can try every tool without an account, and there's no watermark. To download your file you log in with a free account, which comes with a set number of free downloads. Free also has fair limits on file size and batch size; Pro removes them all.
Why do I need an account to download?
Trying a tool needs nothing: add your file and see the result. A free account lets us keep the site free: it counts your free downloads and is where Pro lives. Your files still never leave your device. If you run out of free downloads, Pro gives you unlimited downloads.
What do I get for $1.29 a month?
Unlimited downloads, files up to 2 GB instead of 50 MB, unlimited files per batch, unlimited PDF pages, 320 kbps MP3, 300 DPI images, 30-second GIFs, long recordings, Pro-only tools and your tool history saved to your account.
How do I cancel?
Open your account and press Cancel renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the 30 days you paid for, then you're back on Free. No email, no call.
Do you upload my files?
No. The tools run inside your browser using your device's own processing power. Your files are never sent to a server, on Free or on Pro. Your account only stores your name, email, saved tools and which tools you ran.
Why is there a file size limit on Free?
Big files need a lot of memory in your browser. Free keeps things smooth at 50 MB. Pro raises the limit to 2 GB for people who need it.
